Weekly evening runs take place on Monday and Wednesday at 18:30, with Monday billed as "Motivational Monday". Periodic Couch to 5k programmes are run for beginners, announced on the club's social media. Members also arrange social and training runs at weekends of varying distance and pace, a monthly club track night, and interval sessions at Thornes Park, Wakefield. Club events through the year include the Savvy Grand Prix race series, the Savvy Naked 5k, the Leeds Country Way Relay and a Christmas run. Sessions are led by England Athletics qualified Run Leaders (LiRF) and coaches (CiRF). The club is a members club; the first two taster sessions are free, after which you can join as a member or pay £1 per run. Hi-viz is required during the winter months.
