Training nights are Tuesday and Thursday at 18:30, with England Athletics qualified coaches for seniors and juniors and no additional fees for training nights. Membership for 2026 is £40 a year, payable on joining and then each 1 January, which includes the £23 England Athletics affiliation fee; students aged 15-17 pay a reduced £10 without EA affiliation (affiliation can be added for £23). Members get £2 off most race entries through EA affiliation. Joining is via an online membership application or a downloadable membership form (Word or PDF) on the website. Members take part in road races, multi-terrain and trail running, cross country, ultra distance events and local parkruns, though there is no pressure to compete. The club has over 350 members, including more than 300 seniors. England Athletics affiliated club.
