Rushcliffe AC — a run club in Nottingham. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, road running, track field, trail running.
Training is at Bingham Leisure Centre and is held outdoors all year round, with a short break for the summer holidays and additional indoor sessions in the sports hall during the winter; sessions may vary depending on coach availability. Registration opens 15 minutes before each session. Saturday morning sessions run 10:15-11:45 in summer and 10:15-11:15 in winter. Coaches are UKA qualified and follow the England Athletics 365 programme, and a range of training groups is offered for different ages and abilities. New athletes are asked to attend an induction day (details on the Inductions page) and to check the Membership page for benefits and club fees. The club competes in cross country, Sportshall and indoor track and field in winter and outdoor track and field in summer, and also has road running and a Couch to 5k activity.
