Formula One Circuit Crew — a run club in NOTTINGHAM. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, hill fell, road running, trail running.
Weekly sessions are a Tuesday coached session run jointly with TFN Tri Club at various locations around Nottingham, a Wednesday 0-10k run from Victoria Embankment where runners choose their own distance, and a Thursday structured session at Forest Recreation Ground covering speedwork and intervals on a four-week rotation (hills and inclines, strength and intensity, intervals and fartlek, sprints and teamwork). There is also a club parkrun meet-up at Forest Rec on the second Saturday of the month, followed by coffee at Homemade. Membership is £25 per year (1 April to 31 March), £35 for a new members package including a club vest, or £20 for TFN TriClub members, and includes accompanied runs, advice from qualified coaches, free entry to Notts AAA Summer League and East Midlands and North Mids cross country races, social events, running shop discounts and discounted club kit.
