Redhill Road Runners — a run club in Nottingham. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, hill fell, road running. RunAndTalk club (mental-health friendly).
Club nights are Monday and Wednesday: members meet at 18:00 and set off at 18:10, with structured sessions led by England Athletics LiRF qualified run leaders and groups covering new to experienced runners. Members use the leisure centre next door for changing, lockers and showers, and weekly run details are posted on the club Facebook page. There is no charge on club nights and coach-led runs are included in membership; annual membership runs from 1 January to 31 December and costs £40 first claim, £20 second claim and £10 associate from 2026, paid by bank transfer or cheque (no cash). New runners can try two weeks of training sessions free by coming along on a club night and introducing themselves to a coach; to join, complete the online New Members Joining Form and In Case of Emergency form and pay the fee. Members are registered with England Athletics and must wear club kit when racing. Club competitions include the Notts AAA Summer League (five to six mile races on Wednesday evenings from April to August, free to members), cross-country leagues, relays, the RRR Grand Prix and the RRR Fell Race Series, plus a small allocation of London Marathon places.
