Adult and older athletes train in the Foundation Group (age 12+), which rotates around sprints, middle distance and field events in small groups on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Event-specific sessions for older or more experienced athletes are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings and are invitation only — speak to a coach if interested. Newcomers should first attend a Wednesday or Saturday session, where induction sessions are held as required (not on competition days); after an induction an athlete may attend four further sessions as a non-member before joining. A training fee of £5 per session applies to members and non-members alike. Membership is open from age 8 to adult and runs from 1 April to 31 March. The club competes in the Nottinghamshire County Development League and the North Midlands Cross Country League, and holds club championships.
