Sessions run year round on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 18:30 and 20:30 at the West Suffolk Athletics Arena, with coaching in a squad environment. Membership includes competition for the club in UKA affiliated leagues in the summer and winter seasons, transport to away meetings and a club vest. To join, contact club secretary Michelle at info.westsuffolkac@gmail.com to arrange a trial; the first trial session is free and a four-week trial period including that session is charged at £3 per session, after which athletes decide whether to continue. Further membership fee information is available from the club hut on training nights. A site notice states that members book onto sessions by replying to the weekly bookings email from the club secretary, and that new athletes are admitted subject to space.
