Club nights are on Thursdays at 19:00, with routes split into pace groups ranging from around 7 minute miles to 13+ minute miles; locations vary week to week (examples listed include Crownhill, Devonport, the Dickiemoor Dash and the Wolseley Wanderer), and there is a periodic timed 5k run so members can measure progress. Sessions are led by UK Athletics qualified coaches, run leaders and assistant leaders, and the club also runs Couch to 5k groups and a Club Grand Prix race series. The first two club night sessions are free; after that sessions cost £2 for members and £3 for non-members. Membership runs 1 April to 31 March: First Claim £38 (including £23 England Athletics affiliation, with Grand Prix points, club records, London ballot entry and discounted race entries), Second Claim £15, and Non-Competitive £15 for social and friendly runs with trained leaders. BACS is the preferred payment method, and some training sessions carry an extra session fee. Members can run from age 16; 15-year-olds are welcome signed in as non-members and accompanied by someone aged 16 or over. To join, complete the membership form or the enquiry form on the website.
