The main senior session is on Tuesday at 18:30 at Penistone Church Football Club, with a smaller informal Thursday session for senior members at the same time and place; other informal groups meet elsewhere during the week for training or social runs, arranged through social network groups. Details of the Tuesday sessions are emailed to members each week. The club is affiliated to England Athletics and the Fell Runners Association, and members can enter road, fell, cross country, trail and relay events from local races to national championships.
