Membership is open to male and female athletes aged 35 and over on a first or second claim basis, and the club is affiliated to England Athletics, the British Masters Athletic Federation (BMAF) and the England Athletics Masters Association (EAMA). Members are automatically affiliated to the BMAF, can enter BMAF championships at often reduced entry fees, and can enter international events through the BMAF. A newsletter is published five times a year and members also receive the BMAF magazine "Masters Athletics". The site also lists a fixtures page, club records, a club shop and club vest, and notes an annual programme including the Colin Simpson Memorial Handicap (5 mile) and MMAC open relays.
