Club training nights are Monday and Thursday, 6pm to 8pm every week, with no training on bank holidays and a break over Christmas and New Year. The club has road and cross country sections plus a parkrun league and the Burton 10 road race, as well as track and field fixtures. Prospective members can use the "Interested in joining us?" form on the website, or visit the club house during a session to watch and introduce themselves. Club communication, including training cancellations and competition details, is handled through WhatsApp groups; current members not yet added should speak to Jackie in the club house.
