Run club in KENDAL
Helm Hill Runners is a fell running and cross country club based in Kendal, Cumbria. It has senior and junior sections and runs coached training in colour-coded ability groups (for example green and red groups), with members competing at club, national and international level. The club also organises its own races and a Winter League series.
Training is coached and organised into ability groups, overseen by a senior coach coordinator; members describe training weekly with their group. The site has a membership page, a race registration form and a bursary form, and club kit is sold separately: club vests £22 for seniors (£15 juniors), buff-style headgear £5 and croptops £20, available from Pete Bland Sports in Kendal, with hoodies and team robes available online. Custom cycle tops are ordered through Endura when there is enough interest.
