Hatch Warren Runners — a run club in BASINGSTOKE. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, road running, trail running. RunAndTalk club (mental-health friendly).
Club nights are Monday and Wednesday evenings, with a number of runs at different paces and starting points around Basingstoke; the site also refers to a weekly track session and a 'Sunday Loopers' group. Once a month there is a 'run and talk' event, an all-abilities out-and-back run which is the only club run offered that day. Runs and starting points are communicated to members via the club Facebook groups (facebook.com/groups/hatchwarrenrunners and facebook.com/groups/HWRChat). Membership is £29 standard or £54 with track ready per year, running 1 April to 31 March and including England Athletics membership, which gives cheaper race entry and insurance. To join, email hwrunners@gmail.com for the membership form and club rules/constitution, or download them from the website; visitors are welcome to turn up to an evening session to try the club first.
