3M Gorseinon Road Runners is a Welsh Athletics affiliated running club based around Swansea and Gorseinon, open to runners of all ages and abilities. It has around 160 members aged 14 to 75 with an even split of male and female runners. Sessions are coached and structured, covering track and off-track training, a Couch to 5k programme, parkrun, cross country competition and social events.

The club meets every Wednesday evening at 18:30, training on the Swansea University track through the winter and at varied locations around Swansea and Gorseinon in the summer. Activities include Couch to 5k, weekly parkrun, track and off-track sessions, cross country competitions and social events, led by a team of LiRF and CiRF qualified coaches. Membership costs £25 per year, plus Welsh Athletics membership at a further £25, which is required to join; weekly subs are £3.50.
