The club meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Cwmbran Stadium. Membership is £44 and includes Welsh Athletics affiliation, which provides a degree of insurance during training and racing; members must follow the Welsh Athletics Code of Conduct. Membership also funds 5 free cross country races and 5 free road races via the GLCL league and 5 free cross country races via the Gwent Cross Country League, plus access to free coached training sessions, pre-arranged track sessions scheduled on club nights, time trials and handicap events at no extra cost.
