The club runs a Wednesday evening social run (clubhouse open 19:00, notices then out at 19:15) plus two coached interval sessions each week at the clubhouse on Tuesday at 19:15 and Saturday at 10:15, and ad-hoc track sessions on Friday evenings. Interval sessions must be booked on myclubhouse as numbers are limited; the Wednesday social run is turn-up-and-run for members and trialists. New runners are paired with a running buddy or a suitable pace group. Membership is £70 a year (year runs April to March, pro-rata if joining mid-year, manual approval after sign-up), with optional England Athletics affiliation for a further £20. A free two-week trial is available by registering as Adult (Trial). The clubhouse has showers, a licensed bar and kitchen open on club night, and a sports therapist attends most Wednesdays at reduced rates for members.
