Worthing & District Harriers — a run club in Worthing. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, hill fell, road running, track field, trail running.

The club runs weekly group coaching sessions with licensed coaches, weekly group social runs, West Sussex Fun Run League fixtures, age-group-specific events and a trail and ultra running group. Membership costs £8 per month and includes full access to the running track and the weekly group coaching sessions; second claim members are welcome. Newcomers can turn up for a free first session or free trial, held every Thursday from 19:15 at Worthing Leisure Centre.
