Thirsk & Sowerby Harriers — a run club in Thirsk. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, hill fell, road running, trail running.

Weekly coached training sessions take place on Monday and Wednesday; visitors are invited to come along to one of these to try the club before joining. Members take part in the Harrogate and District Summer League, the Yorkshire Veterans League and Northern cross country fixtures, and the club organises the annual Thirsk 10 road race. Membership is open to all as an equal opportunities organisation, and joining is done through the Join Us page on the club website. The site does not state session times or membership fees.
