About

Sudbury Court Running Club is a road running club based in the Wembley area of North West London, formed in May 1999 and affiliated to the South of England Athletics Association. It caters for runners at any level, from those running competitively to people running for pleasure or fitness. The weekly Tuesday session starts with a social run of about 2k at a pace to suit everyone, then splits into groups covering various distances totalling 4-9 miles.

The club meets on Tuesday evenings at Wembley Cricket Club, between Vale Farm and Sudbury Avenue, with a further meeting point by the grass on Sudbury Avenue; the homepage gives 7pm for a 7.20pm start, while the about page states the club meets at 7.05pm. Routes are mostly on well-lit roads, with summer runs over Horsenden Hill, Greenford, and along the canal towpath. Distance is a matter of personal choice. Membership works out at less than 80p a week and includes changing facilities and showers. New runners can come for a trial run any week, and experienced runners are on hand to help. Some free parking is available on site plus street parking. The club can also be found on Spond. Contact is via the enquiry form on the website or by email to sudburycourtrc@gmail.com. England Athletics affiliated club.
