St Helens Sutton AC — a run club in St Helens. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, hill fell, road running, track field, trail running.
Adults and those aged 16+ can join at any time and are invited to turn up to a Tuesday or Thursday session without booking; new adults train 18:30-20:00 and established club sessions run 18:30-20:30. Members compete in the Northern Athletics Track and Field League, Merseyside County Championships, the Liverpool and District and Manchester and District cross country leagues, and road races from 5K to marathon and ultra, plus an internal Sutton Road Grand Prix series. Coaches hold UKA licences and enhanced DBS checks, and groups are kept small. Full membership includes England Athletics registration; a membership form is completed on joining, and new members should bring emergency contact details and any relevant health conditions.
