Liverpool Running Bugs

Liverpool Running Bugs — a run club in Liverpool. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, hill fell, road running, trail running.

Two organised sessions each week: a Tuesday evening steady run from Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park (meet 18:45, set off 19:00, finishing around 20:00) with eight groups covering roughly 2 to 8 miles, and a Thursday track session on the floodlit 400m track at Kirkby High School from 18:00 to 19:00, structured to improve speed for 5k and 10k. Pace guidance is published per group, ranging from sub 7 min/mile (Group 1, 7.5-8 miles) to over 13 min/mile (Group 8, 2-2.5 miles). Membership costs £15 per year, with an optional UK Athletics registration payable on top through the club, which gives race entry discounts. Join via the online link or by downloading the membership form and handing it to a team member.
