Training takes place on Monday and Wednesday evenings throughout the year, with club nights running 17:00–20:00 outdoors at the London Road track; the track is floodlit in winter and closed on Bank Holidays and for an extended period over Christmas and New Year. Senior endurance athletes meet on Wednesdays, and a training programme on the Training & Venues page sets out full details. The senior distance group competes in road, track, fell, trail and cross country, with men's and women's cross country teams in the North Wales League, and the club also offers coaching in most track and field events. Membership applications are made online through the Join Us page; enquiries can be sent through the website contact form, which routes to specific contacts including New Members Enquiries, Road Running, Fell Running and Cross Country. The club is run entirely by volunteers and also organises the Mad Jack's 5 race. No membership fees are stated on the site. England Athletics affiliated club.
