Tuesday roaming runs meet at 18:30 at a different venue each week across Rotherham, with the location posted on the club Facebook page and website; several groups run at social pace with an optional drink afterwards and a head-torch option depending on turnout. Thursday offers a social club run from Phoenix Sports and Social Club, Brinsworth at 18:30 and a track/speed session at Herringthorpe Stadium at 18:15; track sessions cost £5.10 paid directly to the stadium by cash or card on entry. Runspiration is a rolling 8-week beginner/return-to-running programme at Herringthorpe Stadium, £3 per session, meeting 18:15 for an 18:30 start (the site lists it under Tuesday on the sessions page and under Thursday on the about page). Social run groups are guided by ability: group 1 covers 5-7 miles in about 60-70 minutes, group 2 covers 4-6 miles at steady pace with rest periods in about 60-70 minutes. Membership for 2026/27 is £33 per year including England Athletics affiliation (first claim), £10 for second claim members affiliated elsewhere, and £10 for social membership, all running 1 April to 31 March; transfers from another EA affiliated club incur a £10 EA admin charge via the myAthletics portal.
