Perth Strathtay Harriers is a volunteer-led athletics club established in the 1940s, serving Perth and Kinross and the surrounding area. It has more than 200 members across age groups from 5 years to senior, and states that athletes of all abilities are welcome. Training is led by qualified coaches at the George Duncan Athletics Arena, with members competing at club up to national and international level.
Senior and secondary-school training runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 19:00-20:30, with a Para/Inclusion group on Tuesday 18:00-19:00. From 1 October 2025 all athletes over the age of 9 attending the 6pm and 7pm sessions must pay nightly fees and membership by standing order: £11.50 per month for one 6pm session per week, and £14.50 per month for one 7pm session per week or £26.50 per month for two sessions per week, calculated over 36 weeks and payable monthly. The club asks prospective members to make contact before attending so the most suitable group is ready and to confirm training is on; enquiries about age groups and joining go to info@strathtayharriers.co.uk.
