The club meets twice a week: every Tuesday, plus an alternating Wednesday or Thursday session. Tuesday club runs start at 18:30 outside the former Bell's Sports Centre, with the third Tuesday of each month held "on tour" outside Perth. On alternate Wednesdays at 18:30 there are coached speed sessions over varying distances at the George Duncan Athletics Arena, North Muirton, run by qualified coaches; entry on those evenings is via the eastern/Community Campus gate on the home bend, not the western/Grammar School end. On the intervening weeks, Thursday sessions at 18:30 are mainly hill and trail reps/intervals, meeting at the Jubilee car park at Kinnoull/Deuchny during British Summer Time and at Bertha Park School during GMT. Dates are confirmed in the club's Events Diary. The club runs three race series, internal club events, and annual mob matches against Kinross Road Runners and Dundee Road Runners. Membership costs £15.00 (£10 for 16- and 17-year-olds) and is arranged through the club's Entry Central membership page; the club also recommends joining Scottish Athletics for reduced race entry fees.
