Club nights are Tuesday and Thursday at 19:00, with members asked to arrive just before 7pm. Sessions include group runs, "loopy" runs, intervals, time trials and out-of-town runs, with winter and summer routes of 3, 4 and 5 miles. Club time trials are held on the first Tuesday of each month, meeting at Kingfisher Caravan Park at 18:45: a 5km time trial in winter, plus 5 mile and 10km trials in summer. A Couch to 5K beginners course runs at 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the rugby club. Qualified coaches and run leaders offer training plans and technique advice. The first few sessions are free. Membership runs from 1 April to 31 March and costs £30 unaffiliated or £40 affiliated (including England Athletics affiliation, which gives £2 off race entries and 10% discount at most sports shops). Membership is open to anyone aged 18 or over, and to 14–17 year olds supervised by a designated club member.
