Run club in Henley Beach, Adelaide
The Espy Run Club is a social run club based on the Henley Beach Esplanade in Adelaide, South Australia. It holds one weekly sunrise run open to all levels, with participants free to run, jog or walk. The standard session is an out-and-back coastal route of about 5km from Henley Beach Jetty to just past Grange Jetty, on flat paths with no traffic lights or hills, and the group starts and aims to finish together.
