Weekly sessions are a Tuesday group night, Wednesday "progressors" and Thursday trail and fell running; the club states it offers four club runs per week and covers road, cross country, fell and trail, along with a club championship and internal races. Guests may try any training session twice before joining. First claim membership is £50 per year for new members (including a club vest) and £40 for renewals; second claim is £17 per year; a £60 end-of-year option covers those joining between 1 January and 31 March through to the following April. Membership runs 1 April to 31 March and includes UK Athletics registration, with reduced race entry fees, a London Marathon club ballot place, retailer discounts (MyRaceKit Sheffield, sportshoes.com) and free or subsidised entry to team events.
