Tuesday evenings are training sessions that vary each week; Thursday evenings are group runs organised into pace groups; the first Sunday of the month is a social run open to all paces, followed by coffee and cake. Newcomers can turn up at 19:00 on a Tuesday or Thursday for a free trial run, or message first.
