Two adult training nights per week, both at 18:30. Tuesday venue changes seasonally: the Old Grammarians Sports Ground, Sywell Road in spring and summer, and Wrenn Academy, Doddington Road, NN8 2JJ over autumn and winter (from 22 September); Thursday sessions are at the Old Grammarians all year round. The site describes Tuesday as a longer run of roughly 3 to 8 miles depending on group and Thursday as speed/strength work on one page, while the training page states the reverse (Tuesday quality/speed/strength, Thursday longer steady run). Newcomers are offered four free trial sessions via an adult guest form, but must be able to run at least 4 miles at a reasonable pace without stopping; a pre-activity health questionnaire is provided. A high-visibility top or vest is required in all seasons, and head torches are recommended at night. Membership runs April to April: new senior £65 (includes club vest and cross-country fees), senior renewal £50, associate £10, second claim £20; join via the online membership form and online payment, with membership queries to Andrew Macavoy. Membership includes England Athletics registration, insurance, reduced entry fees for affiliated races, free entry to Three Counties Cross Country League races, access to the club Facebook group for unofficial runs on other days, and entry to the London Marathon place raffle after a year.
