Cooma Athletics

Cooma Athletics is a community athletics club in Cooma, New South Wales, running track and field programs that include running, jumping and throwing events. It offers Little Athletics (U6-U13) and Junior Athletics (U14-U18) alongside a Senior Athletics program for athletes aged 17/18 and over, including Opens and Masters. The club is affiliated with Capital Athletics and the ACT Little Athletics Association, with competition held at Snowy Oval during the summer months.

Club competition runs on Saturday mornings in summer from 08:45 to 11:30 at Snowy Oval for athletes from U6 to U20, and the club states that various training sessions are also offered throughout the year, though no times are published. Membership fees for the 2026/27 season are $150 per adult for Senior Full Membership (U18, U20, Opens and Masters), $50 per adult for Senior Community Membership (18+), and $150 per child for Little Athletics and Junior Athletics; an All Access Competition Membership covering entry to eligible Capital Athletics competitions is $400 per athlete for those from U11 to Opens. Registration is completed through the Capital Athletics website, where new athletes create an account and returning families log in with existing details; results and personal bests are recorded on ResultsHQ.
