Club d'athlétisme Les Légendaires des Pays-d'en-Haut

Les Légendaires des Pays-d'en-Haut is an athletics club in the Pays-d'en-Haut area of Quebec, offering coached track and athletics training in seasonal sessions. Most groups are for children and youth by age category, but the club also runs an adult running group ("Course Adulte") for ages 18 and over. Training takes place at local schools in Saint-Sauveur and Sainte-Adèle, with registration through the AthleticsReg platform.

Sessions run in blocks of about 5 to 10 weeks, with registration opening on the AthleticsReg platform on announced dates (for the regular autumn 2026 session, from 8 September at 19:00). Places are limited. The adult running group ("Course Adulte", 18 and over) in the regular autumn session costs $125 for the 10-week block, with one training session per week; in the earlier short autumn block two adult running groups were offered at $100 and $140 for five weeks of two sessions per week. Athlétisme Québec affiliation fees are added at registration if the member is not already affiliated. Groups other than the adult run are organised by age category, based on age as at 31 December.
