Run club in Rawdon
KIN-ACADEMIE is an outdoor multisport club based in Rawdon, Quebec, serving the Lanaudière region, with a trail running club alongside mountain biking and cross-country skiing. The trail club is open to adults and anyone aged 12 and over, and is coached by trained staff who guide progressive training aimed at avoiding injury. Sessions take place on more than 30 km of trails at partner site Kinadapt, with coached evening training and a free self-guided weekend period.
The autumn 2026 session runs from 8 September to 28 November 2026 and costs CAD 120 for 12 weeks; Tuesday and Thursday evenings are 90-minute coached trail sessions, while Saturday is a free, self-guided two-hour access period (continuous runs, intervals, practising technical trails). A punch card for six coached Tuesday/Thursday sessions is available for CAD 60 for those who cannot attend weekly, though it does not include Saturday access. Registration and payment are handled through the Athletic Reg platform, and membership of both KIN-ACADEMIE (CAD 10 annual fee, valid 1 May to 30 April) and Athlétisme Québec is required to take part; non-members cannot register. The club also runs mountain biking and cross-country skiing, and a secondary-school trail programme that is currently suspended. Contact details are on the club website.
