Club runs take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 18:30. Mondays have four groups — beginners, intermediates 1, intermediates 2 and adventure — with the weekly plan posted for members on Spond. Wednesday speed sessions are open to all and are tailored to be challenging for each ability. Meeting points vary week to week, so new runners and guests are asked to post in the club's public Facebook group, where a Jog Leader or committee member will reply with details; the full calendar is on the Spond app for members. There are also casual, non-official runs arranged through the Facebook group, plus other events and training sessions through the year.
