About

Beccles & Bungay Harriers — a run club in Beccles. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, hill fell, race walking, road running, track field, trail running.

Two adult training nights a week, both 18:45–19:45. Adult groups include endurance/older junior running training, adult road running, and a sprint session (12 years and above); the club has two adult groups, one training on road and one on grass/track. Tuesday venues change with the season: Earsham Playing Field/Maltings Meadow in winter and Ellingham Football Ground in summer; Thursday sessions are at Sir John Leman High School, Beccles (grass track/field plus astro-turf in winter). Sessions are led by Head Coach Lynn Emmett with England Athletics qualified coaches and run leaders. First session is free, then £1.50 per session. Club membership runs 1 April to 31 March and costs £15 adult, £7 junior U18/full-time student U21, £14 family (children only), £22 family (1 adult and children), £37 family (2 adults and children), £7 associate; optional England Athletics registration is £20 and must be arranged through the club. Membership and session booking are handled online through LoveAdmin.
