The club states it offers up to seven organised training runs per week, with sessions at Aireborough Leisure Centre on Monday evening, Wednesday evening and Sunday morning where changing and shower facilities are available. Runners meet 15 minutes before the start time for a briefing, except for the 07:30 Sunday run, and are asked to arrive warmed up. There are also Returners groups led by specific Run Leaders. Run details are shared through the Spond app. Visitors are encouraged to come along for a few weeks before joining; membership is £45 for the first year (£24 second claim, £13 social), £41 for renewals, with the membership year starting 1 April, and includes UK Athletics affiliation and reduced race entry fees, a £10 kit voucher, 10% off at SportsShoes and 15% at Yorkshire Runner.
