Tuesday sessions at Sainsbury's Telford (TF3 4AG) have pace groups from 15 minute mile to 7:30 minute mile, with varied activities including circuit training, fartlek and speed intervals. Thursday road runs from Wellington Leisure Centre (TF1 1LX) also use pace groups and include strength and stamina work such as hill repeats; the first Thursday of the month offers a 10 mile route at your own pace. In summer there is also a Thursday trail run from the Ercall Car Park, typically 4-5 miles through the woodlands around the Ercall and the Wrekin. Meeting locations can vary, so members are asked to check the club's Facebook group for the weekly run schedule.
