Saturday morning training at Wreake Valley Academy in Syston is split into a number of groups, including an adult group, sprint groups and endurance groups, with members placed by ability and training requirement. Monday and Wednesday evening sessions are held at Ratcliffe College from 18:30 and are for competing or improving athletes, with attendance by selection or invitation when appropriate standards are met; these sessions cost £3 each to cover facility hire. New members are asked to email wreakeandsoarvalleyac@gmail.com before attending rather than turning up unannounced, and must pay the full membership before their first session, with a full refund available if they decide not to continue within four weeks of payment. Group sizes are limited, so the club asks for information to ensure it can support each runner. England Athletics affiliated club.
