Training takes place at several campus-area locations, each described with directions from Sport & Fitness, the sports centre at the south gate/Selly Oak end of campus. The club also runs an annual altitude training camp at Font Romeu in the French Pyrenees over the Easter holidays, taking around 40-60 middle distance and endurance athletes for three to four weeks.
