The club holds a range of led or coached training sessions throughout the working week; the site directs people to its training diary for details, and prospective members are welcome to attend any session to try the club. First claim senior membership is £45 including a free club vest and England Athletics registration, renewing at £33 per year; second claim senior membership is £12 per year; associate membership (training and social access without competing for the club) is £12 per year. Members joining between 1 January and 1 April do not renew until April the following year.
