About

Barlick Fell Runners is a running club based in Barnoldswick, Lancashire, formed in December 2012 as a fell running club and now competing across road, cross-country, fell and trail. It is open to runners of all abilities, from beginners to experienced competitors. A typical week includes a social group run of about 4 to 6 miles over mixed terrain, a led speed or hills session, and an informal pub run.

Weekly sessions are the Monday social run (around an hour, 4 to 6 miles, sociable pace over fell, trail or road, with no one left behind), Tuesday led speed, endurance or hills sessions structured so everyone can run at their own pace or effort, and an informal Wednesday pub run of about an hour followed by time in the bar. Monday and Wednesday meeting points and start times vary each week and are posted on the club's Facebook page, along with the footwear needed for that week's route; Tuesday sessions are at Barlick Cricket Club, Victory Park. Non-members are welcome on the pub runs. Membership is available through the join pages, and enquiries can be made using the contact form on the website. No membership cost is stated. England Athletics affiliated club.
