Run club in Carshalton
Sutton Runners is an England Athletics affiliated running club in South London, established in 1982, competing in road running and cross-country events across the region. It welcomes members of all abilities, from beginners and parkrunners to experienced marathon runners. Sessions include structured technical and track work plus longer group road runs.
Weekly sessions cover Tuesday technical work (hill reps, 1km and 400m reps, pyramids, relays, interval training), a Wednesday track session, a Thursday run of around 10km on set club routes (subject to demand), and a Sunday run of around 10-15km starting from varying locations confirmed at the beginning of the week. Casual group runs are also organised on other days. Trial sessions are free of charge with no pressure to join; prospective members are invited to come along one evening.
