Monday sessions are a run/walk group for beginners, including a 12-week Zero to 5k plan starting in January that aims to get participants through their first parkrun. Tuesday and Thursday are the main club nights, open to all, with groups running at different paces; one structured session is programmed each week and alternates between Tuesday and Thursday, the other night being a straight run. Trail sessions are planned for the first Thursday of each month, with meeting times and locations posted on the club's Facebook page, and track sessions at Par Track are available at certain times of the year. Weekend social runs are arranged informally through Facebook, and the club also runs a social run event along the Saint's Way in May. Additional structured training includes yoga and strength and conditioning sessions. Membership benefits include a chance of London Marathon ballot entry, free entry to the Eden Project and social events. Annual membership is due for renewal from 1 April; renewal after 30 April excludes members from the club London Marathon ballot. Joining is via an online membership form, with payment made later by invoice from England Athletics; new members are screened by the committee before membership is accepted.
