Silverdale RC

Silverdale RC — a run club in Newcastle. England Athletics affiliated club. Activities: cross country, hill fell, road running, trail running. RunAndTalk club (mental-health friendly).

Weekly group sessions run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 18:30, including interval training and social runs (the club also offers walking groups). Runners are placed in a group matching their ability. Annual membership is £40, including mandatory England Athletics affiliation, and the membership year runs April to April. To join, complete the online membership form and join the club's Spond group; enquiries to silverdalercmembership@gmail.com or silverdalerunningclub@gmail.com.
