Two regular club runs, both from the Milford store and both 18:30-19:30: Monday is a relaxed social run of about 5 miles at 9-10 minute/mile pace on mixed terrain, and Wednesday is a quicker trail run over Cannock Chase at 7-8 minute/mile pace. The club is England Athletics affiliated (Reg No. 7693738) and open to anyone aged 18 or over; membership costs £30 per year and runs from 1 April to 31 March without pro-rata, with joining handled through the Join Now checkout on the site where member details must be supplied. Members receive a code giving 15% off club garments (club tee £35, club vest £30) and 15% off the club's in-house events. The club also runs an Event League based on local road and off-road races, with a counting finish in up to eight events and points awarded by club ranking position, in male/female categories for 18-39 and vet 40+.
