Club runs take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:20 from Rugeley Cricket Club. Runs are organised into four groups: Run/Social (about 3 miles at roughly 13-14 minute miles), Short (3-4 miles at about 12 minute miles), Middle (5 miles at about 10 minute miles) and Long (6-8 miles at about 8-9 minute miles). A Couch to 5K beginners course ran in 2026 from Tuesday 3 March to Tuesday 21 April. Yearly membership is payable after a one month free trial, with current membership costs listed on the club's membership categories page at rugeleyrunners.co.uk/Register/MembershipCategories.
