The club meets on Wednesday evenings at 19:15 at One Leisure in Ramsey. As a club it competes in the Frostbite League, Greenwheel Relay, Round Norfolk Relay and Hereward Relay. Newcomers are invited to come along and join a few training sessions before deciding whether to join. Membership for 2024 (1 January to 31 December) is £25.00, covering all training sessions and entry into the Friendly Frostbite League or any of the relays the club enters; a membership form can be downloaded from the site and online payments are not yet available.
