Club nights are held at the Albert Road Community Hub (ARCH) on Thursdays; the website text does not state the start time. Track sessions take place at Horsfall Community Stadium, Cemetery Road, Bradford, BD6 1JQ, with coached sessions on Tuesdays 18:30โ19:30 covering a dynamic warm-up, technical drills, a main session such as intervals, and a cool-down. Targeted groups led by Robin Naylor run for most of the year and work towards specific goals (for example moving from 5k to 10k, progressing beyond 10k, or improving pace for faster runners), with a 5k-to-10k programme combining a Tuesday track session and a Thursday group run. General track sessions led by Phillip Whettlock run between April and November (2026 dates: 7 April to 3 November, 31 weeks) and are suitable for runners of all abilities. Members also have free access to the Horsfall track 10:00โ12:30 on Sundays and 16:00โ21:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays through an arrangement with Bradford and Airedale Athletics Club, attending as Associate Members; club kit should be worn and members may be asked to sign in. Weekday morning track access 10:00โ13:00 has also been available but is under discussion.
