Manawatu Striders is a running and walking club in Palmerston North, New Zealand, founded in 1983 as the Manawatu Marathon Clinic. It caters for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, from those seeking general fitness to members training for a half or full marathon. Sessions are run in groups at a range of speeds and distances, led by experienced runners and walkers, with a Tuesday evening run and a longer Sunday morning run.
