Run club in Montréal
Limitless Era Track Club is the track and field arm of the Limitless Era Performance and Recovery Centre in Ottawa, founded and coached by Iseah Montgiraud. The club specialises in short sprints and jumps, preparing athletes for the High School OFSAA Championships and provincial and national club meets. Training is individualised and centred on sprint mechanics, speed, strength and power rather than distance or social running, and the wider centre also offers strength and conditioning, mobility and recovery services.
Programming is personalised and based on sports science, with sport-specific testing, video technique review and individual programmes. The athlete pathway runs from ages 8-13 (Learn to Train) and 14-18 (Train to Play) through to a University and Professional stage (Train to Compete) covering speed, strength, power, agility, mobility and injury prevention. New athletes start by booking a performance assessment; recovery services such as athletic therapy, massage and fascial stretch therapy are booked separately. No session timetable or fees are published on the site; contact details are on the club website. Athletics Canada affiliated club (via AthleticsReg).
